Instructions

  4. Add egg, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract to the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.

  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
