- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese and peppermint extract.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork.
- Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
- Refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour).
Notes
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- For smoother coating, thin melted chocolate with 1 tsp vegetable oil.
