A simple and delicious peppermint bark recipe perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces dark chocolate
- 12 ounces white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
- Spread melted dark chocolate on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and stir in peppermint extract.
- Spread melted white chocolate over dark chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
- Refrigerate again until set, about 30 minutes.
- Break into pieces and serve.

- Use more or less candy canes to taste.
