Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  6. Fold in half of the crushed peppermint candies.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Let the brownies cool completely.
  10. Melt the white chocolate chips and spread over the cooled brownies.
  11. Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint on top.
  12. Cut into squares and serve.
