Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peanut butter, oats, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, baking soda, egg, and salt in a bowl.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each cookie slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges turn golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
