- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 24 chocolate kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until combined.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Use creamy or crunchy peanut butter as per your preference.
