Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 ripe peach, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats and almond milk.
- Add diced peach, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- If using, mix in Greek yogurt.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy cold or warmed up.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
- Can substitute almond milk with any milk of choice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
