Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice to make the cheesecake filling.
  4. Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
  5. Place a spoonful of peach cobbler and cheesecake filling in the center.
  6. Fold dough over the filling and seal edges.
  7. Heat oil and fry donuts until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
