- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. If desired, add cooked chicken, shrimp, or vegetables.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a lighter option, substitute half of the heavy cream with chicken broth.
