- 400g Spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 300g, halved Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Basil
- 1/2 cup, grated Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes for some heat.
- Feel free to substitute the spaghetti with your favorite pasta type.
- This sauce can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
