- 2 cups cooked pasta (any shape)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the pasta chips are golden brown and crispy.
- If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese immediately after removing from the air fryer.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your pasta chips as a snack or appetizer!
Notes
- You can customize the seasonings based on your taste. Try adding paprika, cayenne pepper, or your favorite herbs.
- For a cheesy version, add more Parmesan or try other cheese varieties like cheddar or mozzarella.
