- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
