Description

A flavorful dish combining tender Cajun-spiced chicken with Parmesan-coated rotini pasta, all tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add cooked rotini to the pan and toss with garlic butter.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until pasta is coated.
  7. Top with sliced Cajun chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
