- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat it with the parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, and serve.
Notes
- You can use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- For a healthier option, bake the chicken without pan-frying.
