Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the cheese mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  7. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
