- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Beat the egg in another shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
