- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

- 2 large eggs
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Place the coated chicken breasts in the basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
