- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and add the olive oil, mixing well.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Then, coat the chicken in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
