  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  4. Dip each chicken breast first into the eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat thoroughly with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
