- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb fish fillets (your choice), cut into pieces
- 1 cup squid, cleaned and sliced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup canned tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp, fish, and squid to the pot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and opaque.
- Stir in the lemon juice and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of seafood you prefer.
- This dish can be served over rice or with crusty bread.
