Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers and onions. Sauté until soft.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the cooked turkey mixture and spinach.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
