  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (for serving)
  • Powdered sugar (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture, gently folding until all the bread is coated. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
