A simple recipe for fluffy overnight cinnamon rolls.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm. Add to the dry ingredients.
- Beat in eggs until smooth.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise overnight in the refrigerator.
- The next day, roll out the dough and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll up the dough and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for icing and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Adjust the sugar in the icing to taste.
- Store leftover rolls in an airtight container.
