- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl.
- Dip chicken tenders in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tenders on a greased baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
