Ingredients

- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother dipping)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, then return to baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.

- Use a fork to dip truffles for even coating.
