Delicious Oreo cheesecake cookie cups combine crushed Oreos, creamy cheesecake filling, and a chocolate drizzle for an easy dessert.

- 24 Oreo cookies
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Place 1 Oreo cookie in the bottom of each liner.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Fill each liner with cheesecake batter, covering the Oreo.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Add crushed Oreos on top for extra crunch.
