- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 6 crushed Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush 18 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the Oreo crumbs, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then frost with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top before serving.
Notes
- Use cold milk for best results.
- Chill the cake before frosting for easier handling.
