Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Fresh parsley or orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer salmon to a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Bring mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with 1 tsp water and stir into sauce to thicken.
- Pour glaze over salmon.
- Bake salmon for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or orange slices.

- Substitute maple syrup for honey if preferred.
