Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic to make the marinade.
- Coat chicken strips in cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until crispy and golden.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens.
- In a separate pan, stir-fry the vegetables until tender.
- Serve the chicken over crispy noodles with stir-fried vegetables on the side.
