- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 8 oz noodles
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts in egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Bake chicken for 25 minutes or until crispy.
- Heat orange glaze mixture in a pan until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked chicken in the glaze.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Sauté green beans in sesame oil until tender, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve chicken over noodles with green beans on the side.
