Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
- Coat chicken in a mixture of cornstarch and flour, then dip in beaten egg.
- Fry chicken in oil until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Pour the orange sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Sauté minced garlic in butter, then toss with noodles.
- Serve chicken over garlic noodles and garnish with green onions.
