Delicious orange cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup orange zest
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Heat milk, water, and butter until warm.
- Add milk mixture to dry ingredients, then add eggs.
- Knead until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough, spread with brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest.
- Roll tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and orange juice for glaze, then drizzle over rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh orange zest for better flavor.
- Serve warm for best taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
