Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup orange zest
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Heat milk, water, and butter until warm.
  3. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients, then add eggs.
  4. Knead until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough, spread with brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest.
  6. Roll tightly and cut into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and orange juice for glaze, then drizzle over rolls.
