Delicious orange cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and yeast.
- Warm milk and butter, then add to dry ingredients.
- Add salt and egg; mix until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes, then let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough, spread with brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest.
- Roll tightly into a log and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and orange juice for glaze.
- Spread glaze over warm rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen before baking.
