- 1 cup orange juice

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- In another bowl, coat chicken with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour the orange sauce over the chicken.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
