A quick and easy one-skillet meal featuring tender steak, cheese ravioli, and a rich garlic butter sauce.

- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 12 oz cheese ravioli
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- Add the remaining butter and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Return the steak to the skillet and add the cooked ravioli. Toss to coat in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
