Description

A rich and flavorful dish combining tender steak with creamy pasta, infused with spicy garlic butter for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked pasta and steak back to the pan. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
  • Let steak rest before slicing for juicier results.
