Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and steak back to the pan. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
- Let steak rest before slicing for juicier results.
