- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups small pasta shells
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in pasta shells, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if desired.
