  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in pasta shells, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2 more minutes.
