  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
