- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onions and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add diced potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve hot.

- For a lighter version, use milk instead of heavy cream.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms if desired.
