- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and add to the beef mixture. Stir well.
- Top with shredded cheese if desired and serve hot.
