Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
  6. Drain pasta and add to the beef mixture. Stir well.
  7. Top with shredded cheese if desired and serve hot.
