Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature eggs for better mixing.
- Do not overmix the batter to avoid a dense cake.
- For extra flavor, add 1 tsp almond extract.
