Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Layer the diced potatoes, bell peppers, and onions in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix the milk, vegetable broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the layered vegetables.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
