- 1 cup of chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 cup of cooked sausage or bacon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, bell peppers, onions, cheese, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- If using, add the cooked sausage or bacon to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
