Description
A simple and delicious pasta bake with broccoli that requires no boiling beforehand.
Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine pasta, broccoli, cheese, milk, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, stir, and bake uncovered for 15 more minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any short pasta shape.
- Add cooked chicken or sausage for extra protein.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
