Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or an 8×8 inch square pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in the mixed berries gently into the whipped cream mixture.
  5. Spread the berry mixture over the prepared crust evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute the mixed berries with any seasonal fruits of your choice.
  • For a chocolate version, add chocolate chips to the whipped cream mixture.
