Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or an 8×8 inch square pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the mixed berries gently into the whipped cream mixture.
- Spread the berry mixture over the prepared crust evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the mixed berries with any seasonal fruits of your choice.
- For a chocolate version, add chocolate chips to the whipped cream mixture.
