- 24 Oreo cookies
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed (for garnish)
Instructions
- Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Spread the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

- Chill the mixing bowl before whipping the cream for better results.
