- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Crush 16 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the filling over the crust in the cupcake liners.
- Crush the remaining Oreos and sprinkle on top.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
