- 1 cup (240g) peanut butter
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 3 cups (240g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, let it boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the oats, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the cookies cool at room temperature until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
- For a variation, add chopped nuts or dried fruit to the mixture.
