Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon culinary lavender buds, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, lavender buds, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  4. Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners. Press about 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup.
