- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, let it boil for 1 minute without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, quick oats, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let the cookies cool at room temperature until set, about 30 minutes.
